Support When It Is Urgent

Are you being admitted to hospital and there is no one to care for your pets?

Did you have an auto/semi accident and you need temporary placement for your animal?

Is your loved-one entering a care facility and placement is needed for their pet/s?

Do you need to have a surgery, but you need someone to care for your pets and therefore you have been putting it off?

This program provides medication and necessary veterinary care. It furthers our fund for boarding and kenneling when we don’t have a foster home for immediate placement.

There’s a huge need and a great program serving pets belonging to pet owners suddenly hospitalized or taken to ER, entering assisted living for rehabilitation care, temporary homelessness, etc.

A majority of the pet owners we’ve served are elderly and many of the pets are senior-age. Some of the unexpected veterinary care the USPC pets have needed: unplanned mammary cancer surgery, truck driver in medical crisis and having a dog traveling with him, dog into boarding until foster home was available.

Local agencies make referrals to Paws-itive Partners to activate support when needed.
